Internship Program

Internships

If you are looking for an exciting career and are interested in a company that values creativity and intellectual curiosity, consider spending some time at Burson-Marsteller. An internship with us will offer you an opportunity to discover whether a career in public relations or public affairs is right for you and could also lead to employment with us upon its conclusion. We look for candidates with strong communications skills who are interested in challenging work and a dynamic career.

Burson-Marsteller China offers paid internship sessions lasting for a period of three to six months. The program is professionally designed and implemented and each intern is paired with a mentor that is responsible for providing guidance and counsel on day-to-day work issues and professional development. In addition to a comprehensive orientation, each intern will have the opportunity to experience Burson-Marsteller’s renowned proprietary Core Skills training program. Feedback and coaching is provided throughout the duration of the internship which concludes with a 360 degree assessment that is conducted for each intern. The results are then discussed and communicated with each intern at the end of the program. Once the internship is completed successfully, Burson-Marsteller may confirm the intern as formal employee of the company.
